Occasionally (and maybe connected to other players logging in?) nicknames will reset / be removed

When was the last occurance of this?

Right before the post was made  I think although it happens often.

Started after memory problem

Has the issue affected the same person twice?  i.e. someones nickname was reset after the memory issue we had but it has not been reset again.  I've looked and can't find any other explaination other than the memory issues.

It just happened to me maybe an hour ago again
